I had the exact same experience. Countdown hit 0, I hit the buy button, spinning, denied and then kicked out of the app and forced me to logon again. wow.

@RepublicService Customer Service isn't what it used to be. I have called twice and asked to speak with a manager for failed service pickups for our community. 5 of the last 6 pickups have been missed, yet I keep getting billed full rate. No return phone calls about missed pickup
