One of the best things you can do is read Ray Peat's books and never interact with the online Peating world.
If you actually do this, you won't even have the time to interact with Pakistanis who put professional-grade insecticide concentrate in their kids' food.
*It's fucked up even as a joke and anyone with kids can verify it.
High school girls were on to something with all the Starbucks coffee, walking around the mall w friends, candy, & puffer coats at the slightest chill (peaty) π
To anyone experiencing seasonal itchy skin: tallow instantly soothed mine due to: vitamins ADEK & anti-inflammatory properties.
Only downside was it always felt sooo clogging
BUT I FOUND A NON-GREASY VERSION with vitamin E and niacinamide! It goes on like a lightweight daily moisturizer ahh
It's actually affordable too
(Zero affiliation; I'm literally just a girl obsessed with researching every root cause)

Weird how the new buzz word is "aura" and no one mentioning how it's gained: through finding your "Life Task."
The essence of aura is a soul that's "lit up" for something not of this world. Something that's uniquely yours. You can spot people with this inner light a mile away...
Live not above, but apart from daily petty matters, all while remaining among and in love with all people
(I mean how can you not, people are awesome :))
Just by existing at a high vibration, moving above the daily hustle, and instead locking in on your core passion, you've acquired aura.
After you pick the field of your passion, move further and further until you hit upon an unexplored niche to dominate. When you ignore the lure of money, tradition, or a "steady job," you finally find what lights up your soul.
There is no reward in avoiding your Life Task. The result is only a dead end, an inner emptinessβaka 0 aura.
To find it, ask these questions: What did I love as a kid? What do I wish the world had? What was I always naturally good at?
Then do that.
