this is in a proposed bill in illinois. this would make it illegal for trans people to work as teachers or for trans children to attend school. this is genocidal.

Friends of mine are part of an initiative that helps trans people who are living in hostile states relocate to Washington State. If you live in Washington and have a spare bedroom, or even if you have funds to support the mission, consider doing so.
You might think what’s happening in Kansas doesn’t affect you because you’re not trans, but the same government telling us you need ID to vote, is showing us how easy it is for them to take our ID. Wake up.
⚡️🇵🇸🇮🇱JUST IN: According to recorded figures, Israel has killed every single member of 2,700 families, with over 6,000 families left with just a sole survivor.
Resisting the might-makes-right order, in solidarity with the peoples of Palestine, Venezuela, Cuba and Greenland.
Boycott, divest from, or exclude from contracts these complicit US companies.
TODAY: Hundreds of thousands in Minnesota braved -10°F weather to march through downtown Minneapolis as part of the statewide general strike demanding ICE out of the Twin Cities.
if you’re looking for a way to help out those in minneapolis right now, here’s an extensive list of places to donate, ways you can volunteer, etc

Due to a severe lack of donations, we are no longer able to support Sudanese community kitchens at the level we used to. These kitchens are a lifeline. They are how families eat when there is nothing else. Right now that lifeline is weakening.
Donations have slowed to the point where our operations are being interrupted. This is not because the need has gone away. It is because fewer people are seeing our work and fewer people are able or willing to give. The result is that support for some of the most vulnerable Sudanese families is being reduced at the worst possible time.
We also support Palestinian families who have no access to aid through any official channels. These are people who cannot get help from NGOs, governments, or large charities. What we provide may be the only support they receive.
If you cannot donate, please share this. Post it on your social media. Tell people what we do. Tell them we support Sudanese and Palestinian people who have been completely abandoned. Visibility alone can save lives. One share can reach someone who is able to give. One explanation can bring aid back into motion.
We do not have the luxury of silence. If this work stops, people go hungry. Please help us keep it going in any way you can.
Holy Crap these were People that were detained by ICE & are now DEAD! These people are from all over the World & their families still don’t know why they died! Most of these people are young like in their 30’s so it wasn’t from natural causes or old age! Are they killing them too
You should 100% not be filming yourself or making TikToks of you helping your neighbors who are immigrants or otherwise afraid to leave their homes. Idk why this has to be said.
