RR for Directorate inspector not notified till date in 10 years. DGPM not giving promotion & commissionerate cadre got OTR

This is humiliation. CBIC Commissionerates staff, junior to Directorates staff, getting promotion fast and becoming bosses of Directorates staff when come to Directorates on deputation or loan. Stop this CBIC.
