Today; I addressed the IFFCO-TOKIO family at the Annual Business Conclave 2026 in Jaipur. A platform that celebrates achievements, strengthens, resolve and charts the course for the future for the Insurance giant.

Rooted in IFFCO's enduring cooperative philosophy of Sahkar Se Samriddhi, we believe that lasting success is built on trust, teamwork and a shared commitment to excellence. Every employee, every partner and every stakeholder is an integral part of this collective journey.

As the insurance landscape continues to evolve, our focus must remain on innovation, customer centricity and sustainable growth. I also said we had to be committed to create a workplace where every individual feels respected, secure and empowered to perform at their very best.

The theme of this year's conclave reminds us that, like the threads of a strong fabric, our individual efforts gain meaning and strength when woven together with a common purpose.

It is a moment of immense pride for the Indian cooperative movement that yesterday, Newly formed Sahkar Taxi Cooperative commenced the soft launch of “Bharat Taxi” @coopbharattaxi in Delhi, with more than 51,000 drivers already on board. This is the world’s first national mobility cooperative, a historic model fully owned and driven by the drivers themselves. IFFCO feels deeply honoured to be associated with this inspiring new chapter in India’s cooperative journey.

Beginning with 51,000 drivers across New Delhi-NCR and Gujarat, the Bharat Taxi app will soon expand its reach across the entire nation. This transformative initiative, envisioned by Shri Amit Shah Ji @AmitShah, Hon’ble Union Minister of Home and Cooperation, to advance the mission of ‘Sahakar Se Samriddhi’ articulated by our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji @narendramodi, marks a significant milestone in reshaping India’s mobility ecosystem through the power of cooperation.

Under this innovative cooperative model, drivers receive 100% of the fare, along with dividends and a share in the profits; a powerful testament to how cooperatives can uplift livelihoods and ensure true economic empowerment.
The Bharat Taxi app brings together Metro and other transit services into a single platform, creating a seamless multimodal travel experience for users. In addition, its partnership with the Delhi Police enhances safety and security for both riders and drivers.

This remarkable initiative stands as a shining example of how unity, cooperation, and collective ownership can build a stronger and more prosperous India.

IFFCO signed an MoU with CSC SPV @CSCegov_ to provide essential agricultural inputs like IFFCO Nano Urea Plus & IFFCO Nano DAP and others to 10,000 Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) under the Central Sector Scheme. Shri Yogendra Kumar @iffcoyogendra, Marketing Director, IFFCO and Shri Sanjay Rakesh, Managing Director and CEO, CSC SPV signed the document. This collaboration aims to enhance farmer productivity, reduce costs, and boost sustainable practices.
