@TeamYouTube cleared the browser's cache and cookies and also checked it on chrome, firefox, safari, opera, internet explorer and also in incognito mode still the same thing. One more thing this is my second account and i can see the encoder setup in this one but not in the main one.

@YTCreators I am currently facing a problem on my channel. There is an Encoder Setup section in which there are 2 option Server Url and Stream name/key both the option by default is showing blank and because of that, I am unable to stream.
