@HDFCERGOGIC Claim no: RC-HS25-15323097-2. Why is the approved amount for the claim just Rs. 6880? Whereas the claimed amount was Rs. 17553? Why are the non-medical expenses not considered? I have the myOptima Secure policy which clearly talks about the Protect benefit.
@HDFCERGOGIC I had raised a claim (RC-HS25-15323097-2) on 14/01/2026. It is 14/02/2026. I was supposed to get an update within 15 days of intimation. It is still under process. The concerned team never got in touch the last time I raised this concern. Kindly update @ the earliest

@Uber_India@Uber_Support I recently used Uber courier. The trip amount was ₹127.67. I utilised my Uber Cash which was ₹43 & thus I had to pay ₹84.67. But the Uber driver asked for more & insisted on paying ₹118. I paid ₹161 for the trip (₹118 via UPI + ₹43 Uber Cash).

Instead of being given the replacement I was indirectly denied service at this store. This feels unfair since I had to purchase the original battery and replaced it elsewhere. I request you to please look into this, since this swollen battery was eligible for free replacement
