I think I just unlocked a 3-4x in my dev workflow, and it has nothing to do with a new model.

The bottleneck was never Claude Code or Codex; it's how little context we actually give them. The more background you feed, the constraints, the edge cases, the why, the sharper the output. But typing makes us lazy. We give two lines, hit enter, and blame the model.

Claude isn't dumb; it just doesn't have enough information.

So I stopped typing and started talking. With this tool, I give 3-4x more context, 3-4x faster.

And it gets ridiculous when you run parallel sessions; you can feed full context to each one without the typing tax killing your momentum.

Claude Code speed is becoming a serious problem.

I am on the $200 plan and even with Dynamic Workflow, Claude Code is now so slow that I sometimes cannot even fully use my limits.

That is a weird place to be: paying for higher limits, but the workflow itself is too slow to actually consume them.

At the same time, I am using Codex on the $200 plan. With Fast mode, I can keep working almost continuously and still not hit the limit.

The difference is honestly surprising.

Claude Code has great reasoning and I still like the product, but speed is not a minor UX issue for coding agents. It directly affects how much real work you can get done.

Higher limits only matter if the tool is fast enough to use them.

Dozens of AI tools claim they can do something.

But I have one simple rule: if I can’t see the result with my own eyes, it can’t do it.

Demo videos lie. Screenshots lie. “Coming soon” always lies.

In 2026, most AI claims still don’t produce visible output. They just manage expectations.

Real tool. Real output. That’s it.

Antrophic has a problem not only with Fabel, but also with the Opus/Sonnet limits. It seems the new limit reset mechanism isn't working correctly. How do you plan to compensate for this? @anthropic

It is true. 0 to $6M ARR as bootstrap but can get only single commitment after more than 100 pitches.

If you're a former founder who made investors money, you'll raise again (product optional)

If you're a former founder who failed but raised, you'll raise again (just need a story)

If you're a founder with Ivy League + big tech pedigree, you'll get a small single-digit investment in millions (no product needed)

If you're a founder with a strong network through family or connections, you have a significant advantage (most people won't admit)

If you're none of the above, you need a working product + real users + a great story (you'll still get a lower valuation though)

Self-awareness about which tier you're in is the most underrated fundraising skill.
