Funds are not visible in demat after confirmation that they have been added (multiple failures before that to just even add funds)

Apna customer care service theek karwao. Mine fund transfer kiya hai. Mere account se paise kat gaye hai lekin abhi tak demate me add nahi huye hai. Customer care me fon nahi lag raha hai. Any option????
