@AkasaAir - Reporting an incident occurred during my recent flight with Akasa Airlines from HYD to DEL. Unfortunately, baggage handling team was quite careless, resulting in damage to my trolley bag.
Raised tickets with Customer service and grievance team, but no response yet.
