Adding such charges without customer permission is unfair and unacceptable.

I request an immediate refund of ₹236 and strict action to prevent such practices in future.

This is to highlight a specific issue in my first service bill.

While the labor for first service was correctly marked as free, I was charged ₹236 for “Paint Protection Treatment (3M)” without my consent. This is an optional service and was never approved by me.

On top of that, I faced very rude and unprofessional behavior at the service center.

This is not acceptable. I want a proper explanation and a refund of the wrongly charged amount.

I recently got the first service of my Xtreme bike done at Dhanshree Showroom, Noida Sector 63, from where I had purchased the bike. The first service is supposed to be free, yet I was still charged labor fees without any clear explanation.

शेर बिशुनपुरा बाज़ार मठिया के पीछे पश्चिम टोला मस्जिद में पहले से कहीं अधिक तेज़ आवाज़ में चोंगा/लाउडस्पीकर का उपयोग हो रहा है। हमें अजान से कोई आपत्ति नहीं है,लेकिन अजान के अलावा प्रतिदिन लगभग 1 घंटे तक अत्यधिक तेज़ आवाज़ में कुछ गतिविधियाँ हो रही हैं @GopalganjPolice

@AmazonHelp @AmazonHelp Thnk, but this is a process failure, not just a system error. The driver CALLED ME, then drove away & marked it undelivered. I then wasted time going to the warehouse only to get a "Waha jao, Yaha jao" runaround. I don't need a system explanation;
