Wake up and immediately look at small screen before clocking 8 hours behind medium screen. Take a few breaks to check in on small screen. Go home and spend a few hours staring at big screen to wind down before getting into bed and looking at small screen.

One thing I learned in the military is to stay positive and smile at all times, no matter the circumstances. Feeling bad for yourselves after a rough day isn’t going to make it better.
Walking for miles with heavy equipment to the point you don’t feel your legs anymore? Brush it off with a small joke. Sitting in a cold trench for days with no bathroom or bed?
Think about the warm shower you‘re gonna get when you head back home. It‘s all about perspective.
