@JayRaigh @TeamHornady Primarily Ruger's offerings, which are VERY stout! The older flattop Super Blackhawks are lots of fun to shoot and will certainly work in a pinch for SD, should the need ever arise. Lol! Lots of choices and price tags from fairly reasonable to cost prohibitive. It is what it is!

@JayRaigh @TeamHornady A somewhat cheaper alternative might be a revolver from Freedom Arms. Yea, I get it. It's pricey and "only" a single action wheel gun but it's an entirely different animal all together compared to what are mistakenly dubbed "entry level" SA revolvers. cont.

@JayRaigh @TeamHornady Love Korth revolvers! The only downside, of course, is that they're just a tad bit overpriced. At least in my book but hey, it's what the market will bear so that one minor criticism aside shouldn't disway anyone from taking the plunge. Top of the line goods, all the way!

@realdfwdave @HecklerAndKoch were thinking when they incorporated it into the design. Kind of like their decision to remain hellbent on changing their proprietary light rail system on the USP series of pistols. Is it really that complex of an issue for them to address?

@realdfwdave @HecklerAndKoch Fortunately, that bump can be removed, although I'm NOT suggesting that anyone just take a file to it. Obviously, if you know what you're doing, have at it. If not, take it to someone who does. Having said that, I'm not all together sure what the companies engineers cont.
