It fascinates me when women, especially teachers, are entirely unaware that they themselves have been very intentionally crippling boys' education, often for years.

They always seem mystified by the whole notion.

Due to a feminist conspiracy Men don't read.

Which sounds absurd but it's one hundred percent true and you likely have no clue what I'm talking about but it is SOOOOOO much worse than you know.

Chances are if you're between the ages of thirty and fifteen you were taught to read using a method called the "Whole Word" method, or the "Look Say" method.

This in comparison to the "phonics" method. In fact, there was actually a nationwide campaign that RIDICULUED parents who tried to teach their children using the phonics method.

But the actual horror? While boys and girls both learn to read better using phonics and Whole Word is worse for everyone, it's absolutely catastrophic for boys.

Which is why that's the method taught.

That's right, boys and girls taught using phonics do better, but boys shoot past girls in literacy and so we don't use it.

One of my strongest convictions is that the world is a giant machine constructed to humiliate you for not taking action. 3 quick examples:

- You're thinking of starting a business

The most stupid, 80 IQ, visionless, incompetent people are currently running businesses making millions of dollars. This applies to every domain of business. As you get more business experience, you see it more and more and more. Reality specifically installed these people to make it clear you have zero excuses

- You start running or lifting

Start running and you'll encounter much older, much fatter individuals passing you at great speed. Start lifting and you'll encounter absolute genetic disasters lifting twice what you can and looking infinitely better. Reality specifically installed these people to point out that you can go infinitely further if you put in even a fraction of the effort they did

- You want a girlfriend but are insecure

You walk the street and look closely at couples. The ugliest, balding, short, high-pitched voice, poor and otherwise "low status" infidels are walking around with girls who are in love with them. Reality specifically installed these people to point out that your fears and inaction has no logical basis in reality

The worst sin of all is inaction and lack of courage

Out of love, he finds every possible way to point out that even a tiny quantity of action can outperform almost everything. And makes that clear by showing that the most incompetent and ugly freaks succeed far beyond you when they keep taking basic steps forward

I've always thought it was interesting that a big issue for millennial men was we saw our dads do the 9-5 office life (more like 7-6 really) and realized through watching how shitty it was, how it spiritually drained you, not to mention witnessing 2008 and how quickly men were tossed aside, and as a result so many men this age and younger have been avoidant of this lifestyle, but women seem to be one generation behind, putting an enormous amount of their self-worth and deriving unhealthy amounts of ego from their ultimately pointless careers... though the big difference was our dads were doing it to support families, it's not really clear what these women are getting out of it other than a vague sense of independence
