We had teething difficulties @OctopusEnergy@g__j but, 3 months after you pulled it out the bag & monitoring during significant temperature dips, swapping our oil boiler to Cosy 6 looks to be one of the best decisions we've ever made. Kudos to your team, philosophy and thank you!

A year ago today I paid @OctopusEnergy a Β£500 "fully refundable" deposit for a heat pump. I have no heat pump. Since 7th Aug I've been requesting my deposit returned and they won't respond. Why @g__j?
26th September I paid my deposit for a heat pump to @OctopusEnergy 2 weeks ago they did a home survey for the second time. Still no idea what's going on, nearly ran out of heating oil, should I invest Β£400 in another oil delivery? @g__j Whyβ do you make this such hard work? π€·π»ββοΈ
