Made a huge mistake in buying Samsung Washing Machine in Bengaluru. Worthless piece of metal and plastic, dead since the moment it arrived. Pathetic customer service in Marathahalli. Do not go for Samsung even the high end washers!! @SamsungIndia @Samsung Go for other brands!

Sep 5 (Today): Another NO SHOW. On calling, the engineer says he'll visit "tomorrow." We call customer care again, only to be told the "updated" appointment is for SEPTEMBER 8th.

Sep 3: Scheduled appointment for 3:50 PM. NO SHOW, NO CALL. We called the assigned engineer multiple times.

Sep 1: After 2 days, a technician visits but leaves without completing a single cycle. The machine now won't expel water.
