This is very unprofessional on your part. I need a compensation for this. When we cancel then you charge penalty but when you cannot assign a professional there is no compensation given for the inconvenience caused. How unprofessional!

@urbancompany_UC I booked a service for which no professional was assigned and I couldn’t reschedule because I wanted the service on very same day for a specific reason. My whole plan got disturbed and I had to face so much inconvenience.

@airindiain your customer care service is pathetic and is not able to help. The allotted seats are not even together. And we don’t want to risk sitting in separate seats during pandemic! There was a reason we chose seats ourselves and paid for it.
