@MyntraSupport @myntra customer service is the worst, I was on chat with them for about 2 hours. The agents took more than 10 minutes to respond to each message. The agents kept changing and had no context of the chat so you end up saying the same thing repeatedly. @MyntraFS

@itluggage This is really frustrating as i raised the concern on 29th. It’s 5th day today and i don’t have a single response from anyone.
At the time of purchase, they claim to actively assist you in the warranty period. And when you actually need assistance, nobody cares.

@itluggage I purchased a bag around a year ago and it’s damaged already. I have it under warranty and have dropped it in phoenix whitefield bangalore store. Had dropped a mail to the team on 29th and have not heard from anyone yet. I need a bag as have a travel planned.

@itluggage The India team has been unresponsive over email and insta dm both. The process seems very unorganised and unprofessional.
