I think it is important to set at least 2 nights aside during the week to focus entirely on self/family/friends. Every night focus on one success from the day. Take time each morning to focus on things for which you are grateful. self care/ balance! You got this!

Today in 1997, Clyde Tombaugh, discoverer of Pluto, passed away at age 90. Tombaugh discovered Pluto years before he ever attended college. He did so by comparing this photographic plate taken on the night of January 23, 1930 with two others taken in the same month.
