Pretty pleased with my first #AppleFitnessPlus treadmill workout. It made the treadmill feel like a useful tool, rather than a poor substitute for running outside. The HIIT workouts I tried earlier this week were great too.

If like so many of us you've come to rely on Zoom, be sure to upgrade to version 5.0. It brings a bunch of security enhancements and is a required upgrade in order to host or join meetings after tomorrow. Don't get stuck having to install an update right before your next meeting.

I learned in high school Journalism that the lead paragraph must contain all the important info of the story, but it’s gotten to the point now on most news sites that I’ve learned to instinctively scroll by the first several paragraphs to find the actual information.
