Former President Jimmy Carter is 100 years old today! Join us in honoring our visionary co-founder, America’s humanitarian-in-chief. No other U.S. president has lived so long or done so much good for so many after leaving office. https://t.co/lT65jdsaow
One of my favorite movies: a community leader who sees politics as a way to do more for others & a woman who knows the rules + her own power. Thank you @tcm for inviting me to chat about the clear-eyed MR. SMITH GOES TO WASHINGTON b/c its lessons and warnings still ring true.
At the first-ever White House Brunch in Celebration of Black Excellence, we honored the generations of Black Americans who have pushed our nation closer to our founding ideals of freedom, justice, equality, and dignity for all.
Many congrats Rima, @GaryWMiller3 and the rest of the leadership team. So great to see NIH support this truly innovative collaborative effort. Public health wins when our institutions find ways to work together. A model for our future!
