@notgaetti I'm a Ken Boyer fan. Excellent offensive and defensive third baseman for a decade and a big reason the Cardinals reversed their fortunes in the 60's. Doesn't get a lot of love, though.
@KSeaboldt Family Feud is the only one that originated in the 70's. Price is Right first aired in the 50's; the other two in the 60's. Of the four, I prefer Jeopardy, followed by Price is Right, Match Game and Family Feud.
@Armbruster_D Important point. A defense that was completely ineffective in the first half, made adjustments and held the Bills to 7 points in the second.
@outpattern Wait a sec. H Moore, Lusk and Bell were out of eligibility by that time. 2nd attempt -- Kevin Moore, Jim Perkins, Don Hills, Shawnee Davie and Wade Banks. Probably off by two players (at least).
@HighHeatStats The info the linescore doesn't give you is that KC was hosed on a horrible check swing on the batter before Reyes and the game should've gone to extras.
@KSeaboldt IMO, the best Royals teams played ball this way. I've always felt that it was the best way for a small market team to be successful. Wish we'd see more of it.
