Hey @GWRHelp New look website... sometimes now more than one option for an Advance Single (I got 2 standard class & 2 first class). Different prices and notes. Bottom one says only for booked trains, top one only for GWR services. This mean not booked train only?

@GWRHelp Thanks. Also can you ask them how you can buy multiple tickets on one basket, as before you could build a journey of tickets and pay in one go. This is useful as you know the full cost and secure the advance tickets for the full journey. Is this no longer possible?

@GWRHelp Same route - same train. Why more than one option for Advance Singles? And specifying booked train only for one and not for the other on the list is confusing at best. This is Plymouth to London

@GWRHelp Thank you. I misunderstood the Journey check (thought it lists timetabled trains that've been cancelled). Pleased it's just temporary. Shame - the 08.16 should not be kept a peak train in my opinion as the works extends the journey time and forces ppl to get this earlier one.

@GWRHelp Wondered if you can help? I normally travel on the 08.35 train from Plymouth to London Paddington, but it seems to have disappeared from journey check/gwr, though is on the timetable (travelling 11th Dec). I just bought a ticket on the more expensive 08.16 instead.

@GWRHelp Our train to Penzance has been stuck at reading for over an hour. But seems we’ve just been joined by people on another service from London. We’re now due to stop at more places and it’s only going as far as Plymouth. But the good news is it seems it will be running.
