@SinaiLawFirm Price is only a little more than Uber XL (which we need usually anyway with all the stuff). Get curbside pickup. Don't need to lug around extra stuff.
Just search FB, Nextdoor and other local marketplace pages. Can't recommend enough
@SinaiLawFirm Recently discovered something similar.
Have a 2 yr old. Only needed a car seat for transport to the airport (have a special harness for plane & car seat at our destination).
Found a mom who does airport transport w/ car seat. And can pick up curbside at LAX. Incredible.
@Acyn What he wanted was "peace through strength". Said it all the time.
Which all but requires, war to get peace.
So, yes, he didn't want a forever war (he wanted to get to peace).
But he wanted war.

-Your favorite move (can be anything: re-signing, FA signing, trade, draft pick)
-Your least favorite move
-One move they didn’t do that you wish they had
March 9: "We're now totally independent of the Middle East. We don't need their oil."
April 1: "It doesn't really affect us. We have so much oil. We have tremendous oil and gas, much more than we need."
June 17: If I didn't agree to the MOU, we "would run out of reserves at about 4 weeks...we would really run out, and there'll be a time when you wouldn't be able to get it."

@TheHost_ 1. If he had permission from the previous owner it is not “unauthorized”’work
2. Because he had permission from the previous owner, the new owner has no claim. He bought the property subject to the existing lease (and any modifications to that existing lease).
The Iranian navy, which has been destroyed eight times, has apparently closed the Strait of Hormuz again, because the United States, for the seventh time, won the war that wasn’t a war, so now the United States has to open the Strait of Hormuz that was already open before the not-war began.
The not-war began because Iran had uranium that was totally, completely, beautifully obliterated, so they can’t build the nuclear bomb they weren’t building, which is why the United States had to start the not-war it definitely didn’t start.
Now the United States, which has nuclear weapons, is threatening to use nuclear weapons to stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons, because nuclear weapons are far too dangerous for countries with nuclear weapons to allow other countries to have.
If the United States saw the United States doing what the United States does in other countries, the United States would invade the United States to liberate the United States from the tyranny of the United States.
Over the last thirteen years, I’ve been asked a lot of Owl-related questions here, there, and everywhere.
So — I’m proud to share this interview I did with @Billboard to answer a few of those for anyone interested and talk all things TFO.
But there is one portion I want to highlight especially:
“For promoters and marketers and the people throwing these events, I think one of the things that’s important for people to understand, and especially people who are taking the money that people spend on their events — there are people out there who’ve traveled two or 10 or 20 hours to be part of these experiences.
They’ve picked up double shifts. They’ve saved for months. They poured their blood, sweat and tears into making it happen. They’re camping in the heat, eating peanut butter sandwiches to afford a ticket… I think as an event organizer, you owe them something. They’ve shown up for you. You owe them transparency and a purposeful experience.
Ultimately that’s what it’s all about and what The Festive Owl is built on. It’s about providing more value to the people consuming news and content and experiences than you’ll ever get in return.”
Hope you like it — and if you don’t, that’s okay too. 🤝🦉
“Sorry gas prices are sky high and you’ll never own a home — anyway check out these grainy UFO pics!”
Cannot overstate how stupid these people think we are.
Huh?
You bailed in the middle of trial after cutting a sweetheart deal with Live Nation, tried to pressure the rest of us to accept it, but we pressed on and won the trial without you.
Congrats to consumers, not to you.
@NickCRadio One piece that I think you missed with my trade back with Arizona question is the AJ Brown angle. Getting a 2027 1st makes any trade capital going to PHI easier to stomach. That's the biggest "pro" for doing that trade.
Tim Dillon on MAGA: “It’s the greatest con in history, truly. To run as America First and you’re gonna take care of America and then turn around and go all of these things daycare, Medicare, we have nothing to do with that, we’re fighting wars. It is the greatest scam in history”
@DecampDave This is (very sadly) the real life version of: "You know, I have one simple request, and that is to have sharks with frickin' laser beams attached to their heads!"
