@The74 The photo of the 8th grade class shows 14 students which is a really small sample. It is good that 70% of those students (10 students) in this school passed but you have to see the context of why are there just 14 students in that grade.

@ChalkbeatNY This didn't age well. At that school, only one student out of 62 test takers truly passed the Algebra I Regents last year. 73% outright failed. Then 26% barely passed, but only because of a very generous curve that raises a 35% to passing.
