The new open ticket feature with @Square has a UX gap. When you create a ticket, and you’re tracking inventory. It doesn’t reduce the available inventory count. 😒
So… @Square removed the ability to view & edit online order customer emails. And Support told me to place an order. Seriously? That impacts my inventory. Charges my own credit card. AND I get charged the fees from Square. What?! Seriously? #ux#failure
Honestly @AmericanAir, not a great look. You cancel my flight, the next one’s 5 hours later, and then your DFW Terminal E lounge won’t sell a day pass? Nearly every flight around me is delayed or cancelled. Get it together.
Why would the product team @Square think it a good idea to remove the ability to apply dollar amount discounts at the item level? We’re stuck only applying % discounts. They know nothing about small business. Ridiculous! #ux#ui#fail

Even when I think I’m going to preserve my time and use the email support path with @Square they STILL can’t get it right. Notice anything? Pay attention to “here’s what we can do:” portion.
@Yelp You can say whatever you want. I’m telling you my experience every single time I reject your sales person. They call. I say no thanks. Then all of a sudden valid customer reviews get hidden. #trust#not
Well folks. @Yelp did it again. They call and call trying to sell me ads. I decline each time. And voila, they remove valid customer reviews from my business page.

These constant @Square platform issues hold me back. I can’t easily execute my product strategy because any little change on the site results in having to deal with support.
