@HopefulOB2Be Was passenger on Auto train from Florida to Virginia. A 13 yo girl had a seizure, no prior history. I assisted and handed her off to EMS that met train at a RR crossing. Train crew took me to snack bar car and offered me a choice of any one candy I wanted. Picked the 3 oz. M&Ms.

@Fad1878 Was called to the ER to look in sink where the pt. had vomited “a whole bunch of fat worms”. Looked in sink, worms not moving, took a history. Dx. the worms as a whole bunch of expanded psyllium tablets which slowly blocked gastric outlet. Have seen real worms at colonoscopy tho.
