This completes the loop. Signal shapes priority. Priority shapes missions. Missions create feedback. Feedback strengthens the system. From insight to activation, everything works as one coordination layer.

The Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) has officially urged the Supreme Court to reject Senator Ronald "Bato" dela Rosa's petition to block his International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrant.

Following his escape from the Senate building after a reported gunfire incident earlier this week, the government argued that dela Rosa is now a "fugitive from justice." The OSG stressed that his deliberate flight to evade prosecution for his alleged role in the Duterte administration's "war on drugs" means he should not be granted any legal relief or protection by the country's highest court.
