4146711938 ws askd 2 deboard train @ 10PM coz her ticket (WL) was cancelled & she could not pay fine or buy a gen ticket via app/UTS as the T.T was not equipped 2 receive mob payment

Due to the situation, the passenger was left at the mercy of fellow travelers to pay for her ticket to resume her journey. This may not be possible at all times. Please activate digital services on-boards for payment/fine, so that such circumstances doesn't arise in future.
