People are not flying for free and have paid their money for a promise to reach particular destination on time. If you cant full-fill that commitment please compensate them and treat them with respect and dignity! Stop taking people for granted!

Scheduled for 9:40 AM. Whereas boarding is yet to start. This is just one example.
8:15 AM, Nag-Bom, 5174 is yet to take off and it is showing on time even after 3 hours delay! What kind of time management and information update is this?
@MoCA_GoI Please look into this issue faced by almost every #Indigo customer after recent changes in pilot shift rules. Why they were allowed to operate so many flights when they do not have proper manpower to stay operational? Why they did not plan cancellations in advance?
