1)Hello, today during my ITR filing when i initiated payment via UPI, I completed my payment and amount is deducted from my account but, the PayU gateway page never refreshed and redirected me to ITR web. When i am checking details into "E-pay" for challan/CRN

@IncomeTaxIndia 2) it's showing status as "Payment failed". Now I am confused since its almost more than 5hrs still status hasn't updated and I also didn't receive any refund for failed transaction. Can you please help on this issue

I have shared multiple times all supporting documents even @joinditto are also continuously following up, but getting no resolution as policy renewal date is close I need to get resolution asap. Also I stopped getting responses on "DM" also

@HDFCERGOGIC I am not understanding the feature "Connect fitness app", I thought it was supposed to be for each insurer?
I have couple of policies one is mine(Insurers-Parents) and other is Spouse's( Insurers-me and her), we were able to link policy and connect till last week
