@airindia the booking and flying aircraft change more often than not. Everytime this happens people fight over seats. People who have booked a front seat are assigned a seat at the back of the plane. How the hell can you not sort this problem out?!

I booked a return flight to Jaipur on @makemytrip business account for me and my family. It was a refundable Air India flight. A few days before the flight my office called to cancel the onward flight but retain the return flight.

They said whole Ticket has to be cancelled, repriced and issued. We went to a hotel and took another flight the next day. Now @makemytripcare screwed up. I called them and they agreed they did. I asked for my entire money and compensation since it was their fault.
