Citing the worst insidrnt that happened with us while taking an out station cab from @makemytripcare@makemytrip the driver we got was drunk, abusive and slept through the trip leaving us on streets. Have tried to reach MMT teams multiple times but have no response. See video.
@makemytripcare I have shared the same. Will wait for your response if I don’t get a resolution I am going to seek professional help to find a resolution. This is unacceptable behaviour from your team and the kind of driver partners that you use.
The driver was so unprofessional that he kept on sleeping and almost rammed into various dividers on the roads. I was with my family and most of us were scared for our lives. In return the MMT instead of taking an action asked us to constantly pay extra. And refused our requests.
@ibisindia please let your guests know if electricity - something basic that’s required for a comfortable stay is not available at your Jaipur hotel. How does the air con go off multiple times all through the night? This was not at all a pleasant stay. Won’t recommend to anyone.
@shahpurahotels perhaps the worst example of hospitality. Rude staff, unprofessional language and 0 support. Also, what world are you operating in if you can’t accept local IDs. #Disgusting@TOIJaipurNews
