भारत के विपिन कुमार रोमानिया में कंस्ट्रक्शन मजदूर का काम करते थे

एक दिन उन्होंने देखा कि एकदम बर्फीले पानी में एक 5 साल की बच्ची डूब रही है

वह उसे बर्फीले झील में छलांग लगा लिए और बच्ची को 30 मिनट तक हाथ से ऊपर उठाया रखा ताकि बच्ची बर्फीले पानी से बची रहे

पानी इतना ठंडा था कि वह तैर नहीं पा रहे थे क्योंकि उनके पैर सुन्न हो जा रहे थे और उन्हें बच्ची को बर्फीले पानी से बचाना था ताकि उसे हाइपोथर्मिया ना हो जाए

30 मिनट बाद मदद पहुंची और विपिन कुमार को और उसे बच्ची को सुरक्षित बचा लिया गया

विपिन कुमार की इस बहादुरी के लिए रोमानिया ने उन्हें अपनी नागरिकता से सम्मानित किया है

विपिन कुमार जैसे लोग विदेश में भारत का नाम ऊंचा करते हैं।
