@AirIndiaX No other flights were diverted away from BLR last night. It was a mild shower and the weather conditions were not "adverse". Your pilots walked away because of the working hour limits. But still does not justify the 7 hour delay. There's more than what you are telling us.

@MoCA_GoI The flight landed in Bangalore at 3 AM, after a delay of 8 hours. But then the ground staff forgot about this flight and the baggage wasn't unloaded for another hour. Isn't the airline liable for any faults?

@AirIndiaX @MoCA_GoI Passangers were asked to deplane - some went to the arrival terminal, some are waiting in the bus and others in the aircraft.
They are now being told the same aircraft will fly back. Some passangers are still MIA.
10/10 for delay SOP execution.
