Hi, I’ve called Jio Fiber 6 times. The engineer took OTP, but installation was never completed. This is serious - it’s showing as installed when it isn’t.

Still no refund for fiber with no service and no show. No one has showed up moreover they’ve charged me twice for my phone recharge too @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio when one port was unsuccessful. So they’ve fraudulently taken 349 extra for phone recharge & 1111 for WiFi
