Suggestion for @CSMIA_Official: The international-to-domestic transfer area at Mumbai T2 is hot, humid, and overcrowded. After a 12-hour flight, passengers start sweating while waiting. Please improve the A/C and crowd management. The main check-in hall is much more comfortable.

1. Reads the current state
2. Compares the desired configuration and noting any differences.
3. Proposes a set of change actions that should, if applied, make the remote objects match the configuration.
