@TNTSportsUS What you should have been talking about is why did that ref celebrate Kentucky's 3 at the end of regulation. He was very exuberant about that 3. He punched the air like it was a "and 1" or a "strike 3". Watch his reaction with Santa Clara's 3 right before that.

Reason being is when Santa Clara took the ball out before their big shot you can clearly see the clock starts as soon as they touch the ball, so I don't know why it would be a 0.2 second delay on Kentucky and not on Santa Clara.
