@TheNaMeLeSs05 @IncomeTaxIndia If i have received buyback in oct 25, it is treated as Dividend and whole amount is treated as capital Gain and will be taxed at 30 pc slab (may be 20 or 10). Suppose total Buyback amount is 100,000 i have to pay 30,000 tax considering no LTCG this year.

The number given in the mail, 022-62732111 isn't in service and the toll free number is either busy or they never redirect you to a support agent. I have waited for 40-50 min for it. They have not protected my reservation either. I am not able to book an alternate flight either.
