This indifferent attitude had left a small business like us, distressed and helpless. We are now also concerned about the safety of our female customer.

He also said that now no will deliver this to her from the hub and this will automatically go back. Shiprocket too shifted it to NDR and even after I mailed the screenshots of my chat with client have taken no action to deliver it.

I had mailed regarding the above mentioned courier not being delivered to my client. The delivery boy misbehaved and harassed my lady client. Called her words that are beneath a woman's dignity.
