One of the great papers that we will feature at MLoG is "Explainable Biomedical Recommendations via Reinforcement Learning Reasoning on Knowledge Graphs"! https://t.co/uvlJ6cY03i
A fantastic explainability method applied to drug discovery!
=> impressive and impactful results
do you know #MachineLearning and would like to apply to a #biology problem?
There are some basics concepts you need to know first.
We have started a list of our favourite links https://t.co/QVS4VwXcSL including links to a great article by @jsomers, courses by @UriAlonWeizmann
I think the wider story here is that we should stop putting so much onus on what people are saying they're doing in papers ... and give a lot more credit to what people are actually doing in production.
Using AI to help scientists solve big questions is at the core of DeepMind’s mission. Today we’re delighted to announce our first significant milestone: a successful application of machine learning to the protein folding problem. https://t.co/PQO6WxKgEQ #AlphaFold (1/5)
I got asked to publish my first blog with @TDataScience.
I always felt Machine Learning explanations were too simple or too in-depth, so I decided to write my own aimed in the middle. Let me know what you think. Enjoy!

What a busy few months! Awarded top Computer Science student, 95% in my RL dissertation, dean at #SchoolofAI and a new Data Analyst job where I’m leading how we introduce ML
None of it would have been possible without @sirajraval democratising AI, keep doing what you’re doing 🙏
Neural style transfer is one of my favourite examples of AI. Compared to AlphaGo’s move 37, it’s a more accessible way for people to see that creativity isn’t something solely confined to humans - artificial neural networks can be can be creative too!
I don’t want to hear “I can’t learn machine learning because I didn’t learn X subject in grade school/college”. The Internet is your university, it’s your responsibility to use it as such.
