@Cmac38678826 @thederrywan Need to have a look at what GPs are prescribing willy nilly. I went into Aberfoyle 7 yrs ago about an ear infection and got offered Benzos. Prescription drugs are just thrown at people without asking about nutrition or exercise. Drugged up society is very passive.

@Zakatya_Z @I5510Mirjana Christian puritanism is protestantism from 16thC England. Absolutely far end of the scale to the eastern Roman Christianity form of Orthodox. 4 centuries later it has formed into many evangelical divisions. Could have looked this up yourself instead of doubling down on it.

@TraceyOMahony81 unless that's wild salmon Tracey, cut it out. Tinned salmon is a good source of wild, the colour induced in farmed salmon means it cant be tinned, colour drains from it and it turns grey so only wild can be tinned. Very very toxic food. Mackerel's good for them & its not farmed
