We’re hugely proud of @ruthiesun and Inderpal Singh as their Honours are announced in the King’s birthday list for services to people with osteoporosis.
Ruth has led the Mail’s War on Osteoporosis campaign which secured the Government pledge to roll out early diagnosis clinics across England.
Inder has transformed osteoporosis care in Wales, leading to over 8,000 more patients getting the treatment they need to protect their bones and beat the condition.
Both inspiring advocates and leaders, as well as valued friends.

FLS model selected for new innovation project.
The Welsh Fracture Liaison Service (FLS) model, led by Dr Inderpal Singh, has been selected as one of the key projects for the second Adopt, Spread & Embed programme.
Delighted to welcome Dr Inder Singh as an ROS Advisor. A consultant geriatrician and Honorary Senior Lecturer at Cardiff University, also the National Clinical Lead for Falls and Frailty in Wales. His leadership helped Wales become the first nation to mandate a universal FLS.

We’re disappointed the Government has overlooked fracture services in the Autumn Statement. @CraigJonesROS , CEO, said: "The Government has broken its promise, undermining people’s trust and confidence in Parliament. We won’t stop campaigning until the promise is honoured.”
