@VoCoch @CIVALLISupport @BrianFi02461943 Once you have the Info from the SAR you should know who the installer was, so you can then contact the installer firstly for redress and if that fails you should find out under what scheme it was funded and by whom. You can serve an SAR to the installer if they fail to give info

@CIVALLISupport @VoCoch @BrianFi02461943 My local authority (Bridgend) had an online search function on their website that brought it up despite them telling me that they had no info. Whether your authority has that function or not I suggest serving a subject access request (SAR) to your local authority, ciga & Ofgem

Cavity-wall insulation causing damp is very rarely recorded!!

Needs to be a national database independently run & monitored to provide protection to the public when things go wrong. At present there is far too much protection for the unregulated industry

He was constantly ill, my wife's asthma was bad whilst there, yet since we moved out we have all been well @BBCWatchdog #inquirycwi

@CIVALLISupport @darrenpjones @KwasiKwarteng Victims (aka consumers) are lucky to get extraction done under the CIGA /IAA guarantee, let alone any house repairs or redress because they use the same excuses time after time to invalidate warranties. We lost soft furnishings, clothing, our 4 year old's costumes - scandalous
