@claytsfm 1/ Started unemployed, went to Sogndal in Norwegian 2nd division, finished 2nd - auto promotion. 1st season in Prem, finished 2nd and beaten finalist in Norwegian cup. Went to Frosinone in Serie A, kept them up then won league in a playoff v Inter in 2nd season. Now at Burnley.
