@QuickBooksUK I’ve switched from your QBSE app to the new Sole Trader offering. The app is currently unusable. Trying to link invoices, saving payment details, even logging in. Nothing works as it should… Why encourage users to “upgrade” to something that clearly wasn’t ready?

@AsdaServiceTeam There’s a price difference because the prices are different? But the whole point of not paying more for a replacement is that even if it costs more I pay for the thing I ordered. Which was 2 pouches. Getting 1 for the same price is not what Asda promise.

@SamsungUK having issues with audio drop outs on my Crystal UHD TVconnected to Sonos beam via HDMI eArc. Often when changing input source and playing atmos content on Apple TV. Pass-through audio option randomly switching to auto and back again.

@BekoUK having an issue with our washer/dryer WDEX8540430W model. None of the stand-alone drying programmes seem to work, they start off, then the remaining time drops significantly and the clothes end up still wet. 5kg/wash dry cycle works perfectly. Please advise. Thank you
