@Retha_Skye @gugu_lethu_zwan Isn’t the 3 months leave the short incapacity?then the build up of those leaves the long incapacity,that might result in a year? I just know that it can’t be filled as straight 1 year on the form,the dr has to periodically evaluate then fill the forms again
