@SwiggyInstamart delays my order for 3+ hrs, after multiple complaints when they were not able to get my order delivered, I confirm for cancellation & refund but they update order status as delivered. I raised it through mail, they say they cannot refund as it’s over 24 hrs.

@SwiggyInstamart ‘s customer support agents themselves confirmed that they aren’t able to reach their delivery partner, that was exactly the reason I requested to cancel my order but instead they update the order as delivered and are denying refund. DISAPPOINTING

@WakefitCo misleading their customers.The website shows Return/Replacement but when you ask for a return of their Bad quality bed,they respond that they don’t have return.The base of storage is nothing but a thin sheet on the floor, with gaps & floor can be seen @SupportWakefit

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel’s Clock only works for 2 hours and when times is up it resets back to 2 hours ! Pathetic statement they have standardised to reply to all kinds of Customer concerns , “Wait for 2 hours”

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your Customer care promises call back in 5 mins but doesn’t happen, your engineer promises visit in 15 mins but doesn’t happen. Escalation is useless as even your Manager level escalation also gives the textbook reply of please wait for 2 hours !

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Standard reply given by Airtel Customer care from level 1 to level 3 , “Please wait for 2 hours”. It’s been 48 freaking hours but the shameless organsiation has the audacity ask me to wait for 2 hours more, you guys should check your clock!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Talked to 7 of your customer executive today spending more than 3 hours on calls to finally get an engineer assigned who never showed up at my place. Pathetic customer service , my whole spent in pushing you guys to get off your lazy seat to work!
