As circulated now in the pages of Direk Darryl Yap and Lugaw Chronicles, the brand and strategic planner from DDB Group Philippines who handled the “Love the Philippines” campaign of the Department of Tourism - Philippines is Miss Marie Adriano (see below PNA news release)

Considering that this campaign is now mired in a very embarrassing controversy where the “Love the Philippines” promotional video used stock video footage of sceneries in Thailand, Dubai and Bali, plus the Zurich, Switzerland Airport landing scene), one cannot help raise questions about how DDB Group Philippines really handled this project.

One can go as far as asking Miss Adriano how she really felt working for, and collaborating with the administration of President Bongbong Marcos when her political affiliation is with his arch rival in the recent election.

Did Miss Adriano really set aside her politics in handling this project?

Or did she really messed up big time because her body, mind and heart is not really into it?

It is a fair question right, given the current fuck up that this ad campaign has created?

And it is a fair question that we should all be asking, whatever your political color.
