@CR_UK going to buy a few dvds. However noticed some looked scratch when asking the manager about returning them if faulty i was told no return on dvd. Even faulty you would lose money. Yes its a charity but no other company could get away with this. Comsumer rights act 2015

@EE great BT/EE have set up my broadband but no phone service, using stupid digital phone adapter that will not pair. So my disabled mother now without a phone. Thanks BT, should have gone with someone else. May cancel contact as still 14 days. #uselessservice
